De este modo la Seguridad Basada en la Conducta estimula un enfoque proactivo e integrado de la prevención donde cada trabajador debe preocuparse por realizar el comportamiento seguro más que por evitar el fallo o el difuso e inespecífico «tener cuidado» para evitar accidentes.
